BIC launches BIC Smart Care health insurance for high-end customers of BIDV Bank
Understanding the demand for high-class medical and healthcare services of the high-end customers, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) and Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) have officially launched the BIC Smart Care health insurance product exclusively for BIDV's high-end customers in July 15th, 2023.
BIC Smart Care is designed with benefits that are superior to most of those on the market. With 3 flexible insurance plans, customers can choose their best depending on their needs. The total sum insured BIC Smart Care is up to 2 billion VND that covers 400 million VND for inpatient treatment and 100 million VND for outpatient treatment due to illness, disease, or accident. Salary compensation during in-patient treatment period due to illness, sickness is 182.5 million VND per year as well. Particularly, female customers can also choose the insurance plan that cover maternity benefits with a maximum payment up to 80 million VND. BIC does not apply co-payments condition or deductibles to BIC Smart Care policy. Accordingly, customers are paid 100% of benefits within insurance scope.
BIC Smart Care customers will be able to experience the cashless hospital fee guarantee service at more than 200 prestigious and high-class hospitals/clinics affiliated with BIC nationwide. On the other hand, customers can also claim via BIC Online application, BIDV SmartBanking (free on iOS and Android) or via the website mybic.vn for the convenience.
In particular, BIC Smart Care policyholders will automatically become VIP/VVIP customers of BIC to be offered a lot of exclusive benefits such as getting compensation payment within 02 days and 30% premium discount for relatives when participating in BIC personal health insurance (BIC Tam An).
