Insured Subject:Boiler and Pressure vessel
- “Boiler” shall mean an enclosed container or an enclosed system consisting of containers and connecting tubes, in which steam by heated water generates high pressure, for heating.
- “Vessel” shall mean an enclosed container, which is to work under high pressure, not for heating.
Coverage: BIC will compensate the insured for:
- Damage (other than by fire) to any boiler or pressure vessel, which have been declared in the Schedule/ or Contract of Insurance and damage to the surrounding properties of the Insured.
- Liability of the Insured to loss or damage to any property not belong to the Insured.
- Liability of the Insured to injury ( though fatal or not) to any person who is not Insured’s own employees or not members of the Insured’s family.
caused by explosion or collapse of boiler or pressure vessel, which have been declared in the Schedule, during its normal working condition.
